Welcome to Snug Andaman. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming any reservations.

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.

Full payment must be made at least [XX days] prior to the trip's start date unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other payment method specified by Snug Andaman.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made [XX days] before the trip will receive a full refund, minus a service charge of [X%].

Cancellations made within [XX days] of the trip will be subject to a [X%] cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made [XX hours] or less before the trip start date.

3. Amendments and Changes

Any amendments to bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

Snug Andaman reserves the right to charge an amendment fee of [X%] for any changes made to confirmed bookings.

4. Liability

Snug Andaman is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.

While we ensure that all activities and accommodations meet high safety standards, participation in activities is at the traveler's own risk.

5. Travel Documentation

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, for their trip to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Snug Andaman will not be liable for any traveler denied boarding or entry due to lack of proper documentation.

6. Force Majeure

Snug Andaman is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

7. Health and Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit for the activities and itineraries they have chosen.

Any health concerns or conditions must be communicated to Snug Andaman at the time of booking.

8. Privacy Policy

Snug Andaman respects your privacy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Your contact information (email, phone) will be used solely for communication regarding your trip.

9. Complaints

Any complaints must be reported to Snug Andaman during the trip to provide an opportunity to resolve them. Complaints made after the trip will be considered at the company's discretion.
